About the Role

**Overview**
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Process Engineer Intern to join our team. This ideal entry-level candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant clients and project team members. Additionally, this individual will be tasked with revamping the current business structure with updated milestones to align with current growth. Individual should be confident in managing several projects while hitting deadlines.

**Responsibilities**
Collaboration:
• Seek new leads that will fulfill growth projections for the team as well as our partners
• Collaborate with multi-functional team members and partners, including individuals on job sites.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute long and short term growth ideas.

Process Analysis:
• Set project timelines
• Assist in analyzing existing processes to identify lag/lead measures.
• Assist team in developing and implementing optimization strategies.

Data Collection and Analysis:
• Monitor project deliverables
• Collect and analyze data related to your teams performance and efficiency.
• Use analytical tools to produce meaningful conclusions and recommendations.

Documentation:
• Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progression
• Develop and update SOPs according to company growth.
• Create reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.

Learning and Development:
• Coach and support project team members with tasks you have assigned
• Assist team to ensure growth met on an individual and group basis.
• Periodically book and attend business events with your team to ensure team goals are met.

**Compensation**
- $5,000

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing Real Estate License or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent experience

  • Strong academic record with a focus on team oriented experience.

  • Basic understanding of process optimization concepts and methodologies.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Effective communication and teamwork management.

  • Enthusiasm for learning with a proactive approach to completing tasks.

  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills Fluent in Spanish is a plus
