2. EACH POST WILL HAVE AN IMMEDIATE CASH PAY-OUT SENT TO YOU AS A WAY TO SHOW YOU ARE APPROVED FOR THE JOB.

3. RESPONSES TO POSTS WILL BE ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS.

4. THERE WILL BE A DEADLINE FOR RESPONSES ON EACH POST. THIS WILL SHOW THE URGENCY OF THE JOB.

5. IF NO CONTRACTOR RESPONDS BEFORE THE POST DEADLINE, THE POST WILL BE RE-UPLOADED WITH AN INCREASED IMMEDIATE PAY-OUT.

6. PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND TO THE POST IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO MEET DEADLINE AND/OR THE SERVICE CRITERIA SPECIFIED.
