Is my booking automatically confirmed?+
Your selected time is reserved as a request. Home-Ade reviews the project and confirms the visit before work begins.
How is the project priced?+
Describe the work in your request. The scope, materials, total price, and any payment terms are discussed and documented in a quote.
Can I book work at a different address?+
Yes. Enter the property’s full address. Share your current GPS location only when you are at the property. We serve Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Ohio, and Kentucky. Exact property eligibility and travel arrangements are confirmed during review.
Will I receive a receipt or invoice?+
The site records your request and offers a printable receipt. Email receipts, quotes, and invoices require email delivery setup. An invoice is a request for payment, not proof that payment was received.
What about warranties, permits, and insurance?+
Ask Home-Ade to confirm applicable credentials, permits, and project-specific warranty terms before approving work. Only terms included in your agreement apply.
How do I track my request?+
Use Track your request with the booking reference and email you entered. Your contact information and property address are not shown on the public schedule.
