Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Service Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please follow the guidelines below:

  • Online Services:

    • Cancellations for online consultations, virtual design services, or project planning must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment to receive a full refund.

    • If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, a $250 cancellation fee will be charged.

  • On-Site Services:

    • For on-site services such as in-home consultations, installations, or construction, cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

    • Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled service will incur a $250 cancellation fee.

  • Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule a service, please notify us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a new time, but rescheduling within 48 hours may incur additional charges based on the availability of our team.

  • Failure to Be Present: If you fail to be present for an in-home consultation or scheduled service without prior notice, the service will be considered canceled, and a service call-out fee will apply. The service call-out fee is $250.

 

2. Product/Material Returns and Refunds

If you purchased materials or products from Home-Ade, LLC as part of your remodeling project, the following applies:

  • Return Eligibility:

    • Products or materials may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

    • Custom orders, special products, or non-returnable items will not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team directly at services@home-ade.com. You will need to provide your order number, product details, and reason for the return. If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the items.

  • Refunds for Returns:

    • Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.

    • Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to process, depending on your payment provider.

  • Shipping Fees: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. If the product was shipped in error or damaged, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

 

3. Refunds for Services

  • Refund Requests for Services: If you are not satisfied with the services provided, please contact us within 7 days of the service completion to request a refund. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature of the dissatisfaction and the scope of services delivered.

  • Partial Refunds: In cases where a service has been partially completed or where a service could not be fully rendered due to circumstances beyond our control, you may be eligible for a partial refund. The amount refunded will be proportional to the portion of the service not provided.

  • Non-Refundable Services: Certain services, such as non-refundable deposits for custom projects or services already completed, may not be eligible for a refund.

 

4. Special Circumstances for Refunds or Cancellations

In cases of emergency, unforeseen circumstances, or other special situations that may require cancellation or refund requests outside of the above policy, we will review each case individually and make reasonable accommodations when possible.

 

5. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

  • Your full name

  • Order number or service details

  • Date of purchase or scheduled service

Our team will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible, typically within 1-2 business days.

 

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following items or services are non-refundable:

  • Custom or special order materials or products

  • Services that have already been completed or partially completed

  • Deposits for future services that have already been scheduled
